TRAINING / GYM STANDARDS

Gym Etiquette Is Part of Training

How you move in the gym says a lot. Not because anyone is watching. Because standards matter.

Put your weights back

It is basic. It is also important. Leaving plates on the bar or dumbbells on the floor creates friction for everyone after you.

Finish the set. Reset the space.

Do not own the equipment

Resting between sets is normal. Taking over three machines at once is not.

Train hard, but stay aware. A serious gym is a shared space.

Keep your area controlled

Bags, bottles, straps, phones, belts — all of it can turn into clutter fast. Keep your essentials close and your space clean.

This is not about looking neat. It is about respecting the room.

Train with quiet confidence

You do not need to throw weights, shout across the room, or perform every set for attention. Good training speaks for itself.

Less noise. More work.

The ZERO standard

ZERO CLUB is built around that same idea: order, focus, and control. Not loud. Not forced. Just serious.
