The website operates as an online eCommerce store for purchasing products online. ZERO Club does not provide in-person reception, does not operate a physical store, and does not provide front desk customer service. All services are provided through the website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

9. Physical Accessibility Arrangements
ZERO Club is an online eCommerce website only. ZERO Club does not operate a physical store, does not provide in-person reception, and does not have a branch where front desk customer service is provided.
Therefore, there are no physical accessibility arrangements such as accessible parking, elevator, accessible restrooms, accessible entrance, or accessible service desk.
If a physical store, pickup point, office with in-person reception, or any other physical service location is opened in the future, this Accessibility Statement will be updated accordingly.

Product Warranty Policy

At ZERO Club, we believe in quality, functionality, and durability. Therefore, we provide a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date the customer receives the product, subject to the warranty terms detailed below.
This warranty is intended to provide the customer with a solution in the event of a material manufacturing defect in the product. However, it does not replace proper, careful, and reasonable use of the product and does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, accidents, overloading, or factors beyond ZERO Club’s control.
Use of the product constitutes confirmation that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these warranty terms.
1. Warranty Period
1.1 The warranty for the product is provided for a period of 24 months from the date the customer receives the product.
1.2 To claim warranty service, a valid proof of purchase must be provided, such as an order number, invoice, receipt, or purchase confirmation from the website.
1.3 The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable, unless otherwise determined in writing by ZERO Club.
1.4 If a product is replaced under warranty, the warranty period will not restart. It will continue according to the original purchase date.
2. What the Warranty Covers
2.1 The warranty covers a material manufacturing defect in the product, to the extent such defect exists, that appears during normal and reasonable use and in accordance with the product’s intended purpose.
2.2 A manufacturing defect may include, according to ZERO Club’s inspection and subject to its discretion, a material failure in seams, connections, structural components, or another significant malfunction originating from the manufacturing process.
2.3 The warranty does not constitute a commitment that the product will be suitable for every use, every surface, every device, every workout environment, every weather condition, or every personal need of the customer.
2.4 The warranty applies only to the product itself and does not apply to objects, equipment, devices, surfaces, clothing, accessories, or any other property used together with the product or around it.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
3.1 The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear resulting from normal use over time, including color changes, fading, signs of use, scuffs, scratches, wrinkles, natural loosening, texture changes, or cosmetic marks that do not materially affect functionality.
3.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligent use, use that does not match the product’s intended purpose, use contrary to instructions, careless use, or unreasonable use.
3.3 The warranty does not cover damage caused by falling, impact, pulling, tearing, scratching, breakage, overloading, attaching the product to an unsuitable surface, use on wet or unstable surfaces, exposure to sun, heat, water, moisture, sweat, sand, dust, chemicals, aggressive cleaning, improper storage, commercial use, unauthorized repair, or damage caused by the customer, a third party, an animal, a shipping company, or any external factor.
3.4 The warranty does not cover loss, theft, falling objects, broken objects, damage to a phone, headphones, keys, wallet, bottle, cards, computer, gym equipment, surfaces, or any other personal equipment.
3.5 The warranty does not cover subjective dissatisfaction with the product after use, including preference regarding color, size, feel, weight, shape, personal fit, user experience, or an expectation that was not expressly stated on the product page.
3.6 The warranty does not cover products purchased from a third party that is not ZERO Club or an authorized ZERO Club reseller.
4. Special Warranty Terms for Magnetic Products
4.1 If the product includes a magnetic component or magnetic attachment mechanism, the customer must use it with caution and exercise judgment before each use.
4.2 Not every metal surface is suitable for attachment. Attachment strength may vary depending on the type of metal, thickness of the surface, surface shape, coating, paint, dirt, moisture, angle, vibrations, product weight, and environmental conditions.
4.3 The customer is responsible for checking before each use that the product is attached in a stable and safe manner, that the surface is suitable, and that there is no risk of falling, slipping, or damage to equipment.
4.4 Do not attach the product to unstable surfaces, moving equipment, rotating parts, weights, hot surfaces, wet surfaces, rusty surfaces, peeling surfaces, or any place where the product falling may cause damage or risk.
4.5 ZERO Club is not responsible for damage caused by choosing an unsuitable surface, improper attachment, failure to check before use, overloading, surface movement, vibrations, falling, or careless use.
4.6 Magnetic products may not be suitable for use near medical equipment, pacemakers, magnetic cards, sensitive electronic components, or any item that may be affected by magnets. The customer must keep the product away from sensitive items and follow the instructions of the relevant equipment manufacturer.
5. Use in Gyms and Public Spaces
5.1 Use of the product in a gym, studio, training facility, hotel, club, sports complex, or any other public place is the sole responsibility of the customer.
5.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring that use of the product is permitted according to the rules, instructions, and policies of the place where they are located.
5.3 The product must not be used in a way that may disturb others, block passageways, damage equipment, endanger trainees, or cause damage to property.
5.4 ZERO Club is not responsible for instructions, restrictions, prohibitions, fines, damages, or demands by gyms, facilities, venue owners, employees, trainees, or third parties.
6. How to Claim Warranty

The inquiry must include full name, order number or proof of purchase, phone number, clear description of the issue, clear photos of the product from all angles, a photo or video showing the issue, description of how the product was used, and the date on which the issue was discovered.
Do not send a product back before receiving approval and instructions from customer service.
7. Product Inspection and Warranty Decision
Each warranty request will be reviewed by ZERO Club according to the circumstances of the case, condition of the product, proof of purchase, description of use, photos, videos, and any additional information provided.
ZERO Club may determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether the issue is a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty or damage that is not covered by the warranty.
Sending an inquiry or product for inspection does not constitute confirmation that the product is covered by warranty.
If it is determined that the product is not covered by warranty, ZERO Club may return the product to the customer, offer a paid repair, offer a discounted purchase of a new product, or close the inquiry without compensation, subject to applicable law.
8. Remedy in Case of Approved Warranty
If ZERO Club confirms that there is a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, ZERO Club may choose, at its discretion, one of the following solutions: repair, replacement with an identical product, replacement with a similar or equivalent product, store credit, or full or partial refund according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Replacement or repair of a product under warranty does not provide additional compensation, warranty extension, refund for prior use, or compensation for inconvenience, time, travel, loss of use, or indirect damage.
9. Shipping Costs Under Warranty
In the case of a warranty inquiry, the customer may be required to send the product for inspection according to customer service instructions.
If, after inspection, the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect covered by warranty, ZERO Club will act to provide a solution in accordance with this policy.
If the product is not covered by warranty, the customer may bear the costs of shipping, return shipment, or handling, subject to applicable law.
Do not send a product at ZERO Club’s expense without prior written approval.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZERO Club’s warranty is limited to the purchased product only.
ZERO Club will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or secondary damage, including loss of use, loss of time, loss of income, inconvenience, damage to property, damage to personal equipment, damage to surfaces, damage to devices, loss of items, theft, or any other damage that is not the product itself.
In any case, ZERO Club’s liability, to the extent determined, will not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in this warranty shall derogate from consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.
